Problem Statement:
The current law in detention is too wide and open to abuses, the police have too much power in their hand. The current laws such as POCA is too subjective in its implementation which opens the door for abuses. The refusal to implement IPMC is a blatant disregard to check and balance of the police force. IPMC must be implemented immediately, the rampant abuses in custody must be stop from our custodial environment.

A Malaysian have the right to be respected as a citizen, the law must be apply with justice for all without any prejudice .
Proposal of Solution:
Citizens must be respected equally without prejudice based on racial or religious background.
