Ensure the comprehensive application of existing safeguards provided by the Federal Constitution to ensure that every child born in Malaysia, who will otherwise be stateless, is granted Malaysian nationality, regardless of the gender, ethnicity, documentation or immigration status of the parents

Immigration law needs to change immediately to restore the rights of being born in Sabah. Discussion with politicians to bring it up in Parliament will be important to change and improve the law. The law to protect them from being sent back to their so called country should also be amended.

Subjek bahasa ibunda dan juga kurikulum pendidikan mengenai adat resam orang asal ini harusnya ditawarkan di semua universiti awam di Malaysia dan juga dalam sukatan pelajaran di peringkat sekolah rendah dan menengah.
